• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided

Ordering:

HolisArts product design and artwork are made to order in Riga, Latvia. Please allow us to process Your order within 1-2 working days and we will ship it within 5 working days after the payment is completed. Custom made artwork will be made in agreement with the costumer.

We offer custom orders such as paintings, design spray-paint cans as well as our designs on different products of Your choice or Your design ideas on an existing products.

Shipping:

Most of our products are made and shipped by our partners Printify.

All custom made and limited edition products will be shipped in agreement with the costumer via Latvian Post or other service.

Approximate delivery times:

3-10 business days within Europe;

2-7 business days to the US and Canada;

5-30 business days other parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. When placing an order, please allow enough time for production and shipping, and also check if the address is correct in the receipt. We are not responsible for shipping delays because of the issues with post or customs, weather conditions, worker strikes and other circumstances that are not up to us.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment:

We accept payments through Stripe (www.stripe.com), as this is a quick and secure way to pay online via mobile device with no extra fees.

All prices are stated in USD/ EURO and include VAT. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges.

Refusal of Transaction:

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time in our sole discretion. Please note we cannot accept an order if we cannot receive authorisation for your payment.

Refunds & Returns:

We are dedicated making quality products that the customers are happy with. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or item has been sent by mistake, we will accept returns and/or replace product, given that we receive a written notice and a picture of defect 14 days after the delivery. We will consider Your request within 30 days.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a courier or registered service, as the customer is responsible for any losses and damages while in transit back to us.
